Moses Kwesi Baiden Jnr was born in Secondi -Takoradi lived with both parents. Mother was a teacher and father was a businessman. He had his primary education at Chapel hill school and continued his secondary education at Mfantsipim senior secondary school from 1978-1985. From there he went to the University of Ghana where he was admitted into the law faculty and from there he went to the Ghana School of Law. In his first year at the Ghana School of Law, he went into business and that is the only job he has had since 1990 to date.
Moses K. Baiden Jnr is an inventive, objective-driven person who has strolled the lobbies of Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing for 30years.
He is the founder and chairman of the Margins Group and its 10 subsidiaries, which work across seven nations. Identity Management Systems, a subsidiary of Margins Group, is the prime contractor for the Ghana Card project, a project that promotes social and financial inclusion in the country.
In 2018, Mr. Moses Baiden won an award in the European CEO Awards. He was also honored in July 2020, as the Outstanding Digital Technology Entrepreneur of the decade (2010-2020)
Moses Baiden hopes for a better Africa, where things are placed in the hands of young people in Africa. He believes that re-discovering the good in Africa and building it up will make Africa a better enlightened society. These are changes he believes can happen even though they take a long time.
His hobbies are reading, swimming and business.
