Bennett Brako Asiamah is from Kwahu in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He is married with two kids. Bennett had his secondary education at Nifa Senior High School in Adukrom. He furthered his education at Accra polytechnic now Accra Technical University where he studied medical laboratory technology.
He worked as a professional medical laboratory scientist Korle-Bu teaching hospital. He also worked in a privately owned laboratory.
Although his childhood dream was to become a Doctor, Mr. Asiamah has always been passionate about fashion. Therefore as a young graduate, when life got tougher for his extended family he took a big risk by resigning from his medical job and ventured into fashion.
Currently, he is the CEO of Bello Couture, one of the leading fashion brands in Ghana. He also doubles as the Creative Director of the brand.
He chooses his brand name from the Italian word ‘Bello’ which means handsome and ‘couture’ a French word for a costume.
Some of his cherished values include hard work, commitment, integrity, and excellence. He is an optimist who is passionate about positively affecting the lives of young people.
Bennett’s vision is to positively promote Africa globally using his fashion brand, Bello Couture GH.
