Mrs. Beatrice Jones Mensah Tayui the CEO of Cybel Energy limited has advised young people to first of all understand the difference between riches and wealth in an interview on the Daakye Kanea Video podcast.
‘The advice I would give is that, we are in a generation where we are looking for a quick fixes, that’s looking to social media to solve all their problems, that’s looking to I want it now I want it tomorrow I want to be rich but they need to understand the difference between riches and wealth and wealth is not money’ she advised.
According to her, everyone is influential in their own space but it takes honor, integrity, loyalty, and just an abundance of wisdom and kindness to discover where your influence lies. To her, Influence doesn’t mean you must have a title.
