In a very exciting conversation with F5 Digital Media, TV personality and Comic Actor, Foster Amponsah, mostly known as Foster Romanus has opined passionately that when Africa becomes united a lot of great people will realize how great they are because the power of Africa lies in unity.

In a very exciting conversation with F5 Digital Media, TV personality and Comic Actor, Foster Amponsah, mostly known as Foster Romanus has opined passionately that when Africa becomes united a lot of great people will realize how great they are because the power of Africa lies in unity.

“It’s the fact that they are actually leading sort of a pack of great people who are actually yet to realize how great they are. I believe the African is very powerful but our power lies in unity and so if we are not united, we will not see how united or powerful we are” he stated in his interview on Daakye Kanea Leadership Podcast.

Foster Romanus also advised young people to original because we leave in a society where people always want to copy another or attain a certain position before they are recognized.

He continued by saying that in other to impact the world young people should impact their immediate space so that those they impact can also impact others to impact the world.

The Presenter com Stand-up comedian had this advice for young people

“I think they should believe in themselves enough to be the leader they want to be. The thing is not to impact the world its impacting your space and then they impact and impact. When they know that they will start small and then when the little people are impacted those people will impact their space and then it grows like that. But we shouldn’t let them feel like to be able to be heard I need to impact widely, then it becomes like a huge task for them” he admonished.

He added that young people should start what they are passionate about gradually and that their works will gradually take them to the world. He recounted that when they started comedy people were not appreciating them but they gradually found their way out to the world because they worked hard to gain the recognition of a few others who made them known.

“You know when we started comedy, they said we were not funny so we were still performing to our friends and then our friends took the news out and then the people out there came to see and they also took the news out” he said.

According to him, a leader is a person with influence, someone who can actually impact positively.
